We believe that education should always be purposeful, growth oriented and useful to the industry to be productive. But Technical institutes are failing to develop capabilities of students to prepare them for the work place with Practical hands on experience. Academic Qualifications no longer are sufficient to define the worth and expertise of a candidate and prospective employers are no longer looking at mere qualifications but at the employ-ability potential of the candidate.

Hence at Sengar ITI our emphasis is on how best to integrate industry relevant skill set with regular college curriculum and expose trainee to real workplace skill development.

There is no denying that fact that unless you have the right skill sets, there is little employablity in the job market.
